Co-Owner
John Tooson IV
John Tooson IV serves as co-owner of SPIH, where he leads business consulting, benefits strategy, and executive services. At SPIH, Tooson is responsible for overall vision, strategic direction, and operational leadership. He guides the firm's growth in areas including business development and client relations.
Tooson obtained a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Findlay. His career spans over 30 years in sales, management, and operations. He excels in networking, strategic development, and client relationships.
Tooson has served as a board member of The Sight Center of Northwest Ohio since 2016.
Tooson is recognized in local business and minority business growth circles for helping businesses with compliance, benefits, and scaling strategies. Tooson has been featured in local events like the "Making The Leap" series and speaking on entrepreneurship, leadership, and scaling business operations.
Tooson believes in helping businesses, especially minority-owned or mid-sized firms, grow responsibly, manage risk, and build generational wealth. He approaches consulting with a client-centered mindset: listening to organizational needs, designing tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term relational partnerships.

Co-Owner
Roye K. Durden, Jr., Principal Psychiatry
Roye Durden, Jr. serves as a co-owner of SPIH, bringing deep experience in behavioral health, social work, and therapeutic practice. His expertise and compassionate approach support SPIH's mission to provide recovery-oriented, client-centered care.
In his capacity at SPIH, Durden guides a broader framework, ensuring that mental health and substance use interventions are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive.
Durden holds a Bachelor's of Social Work degree from the University of Toledo. As well as a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Michigan University. Durden is a Licensed Social Worker in Ohio and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Durden believes that effective healing and recovery require more than symptom reduction: they require relational repair, adaptive skills, resilience, and holistic support. He encourages therapeutic alliances built on trust, transparency, and collaboration.
He also sees behavioral health work as inherently relational to broader systematic issues like housing, community support, trauma, and social determinants of health.
Within SPIH, Durden's leadership presence helps ground the organization's programs in real, person-centered care. His insight into behavioral health nuances improves how programming is designed, staffed, evaluated, and scaled.

Christopher Tooson
Christopher Tooson is the Chief Executive Officer of Serenity Path Integrative Health Corporation, a rapidly expanding behavioral health and human services enterprise recognized for redefining the standards of holistic wellness, mental health innovation, and community transformation across the Midwest.
Mr. Tooson oversees a distinguished team of licensed clinicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and business strategists, all unified by a singular mission - to deliver world class mental health care that reaches clients where are.
Under his stewardship, Serenity Path Integrative Health Corporation continues to stand as a beacon of trust, innovation, and transformation, embodying the very principles that define the next generation of global leadership.

Chass Rice, MBA, SHRM-SCP, BBA
Rice holds a Masters of Business Administration. She is credentialed as SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management), reflecting advanced expertise in strategic human resources. She has also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Rice leads PGCS with a vision grounded in the belief that behavioral health organizations must be as resilient as the clients they serve. She emphasizes investing in staff, fostering equity in access to mental health services, and aligning mission with operational backbone. Under her leadership, PGCS aspires to be a trusted anchor in the community, driving innovation, elevating client and family voice, and achieving sustainable impact across the region.
Chassidy Rice is the President of Personal Growth Counseling Services in Toledo, Ohio, where she leads organizational strategy, human capital, and mission advancement within the behavioral health sector.
Rice currently serves as President of PGCS, engaging directly in executive leadership, operations, and alignment of programmatic growth with community needs. Her work spans oversight of staff development, policy implementation, financial stewardship, and cross-sector collaboration to expand access to trauma-informed mental health care in the Toledo region.

Chief Operations Officer
Yolanda Durden, MPA, BAC
Over the years, Durden has served in various nonprofit and community roles. She and her husband operated a small transportation business for more than over a decade, giving her hands-on experience in management, finance, and organizational oversight. Before that, she held positions in the nonprofit sector focused on drawing communities together for mutual benefit and achieving collective goals.
Durden is committed to strengthening SPIH's internal capacity. She believes that sustainable mission delivery requires strong foundations, robust systems, transparent processes, efficient resource use, and empowered staff. Her leadership approach emphasizes clarity, continuous improvement, and creating frameworks that allow team members to deliver their best.
Her work ensures that growth is not merely outward but inwardly sound, so the organization expands in quality, mission integrity, and positive client impact.
Yolanda Durden is a vital member of SPIH's executive leadership, serving as Chief Operations Officer. Her operational insight, dedication to mission, and strong leadership help guide SPIH's growth while keeping us client-centered and mission-driven.
As COO, Durden oversees SPIH's daily operations, internal systems, process improvement initiatives, and coordination across departments. She ensures that program delivery, staffing, finances, and strategic initiatives remain aligned with SPIH's values and goals. She takes a hands-on role in scaling operations, enhancing organizational efficiency, and supporting sustainable growth.
Durden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Toledo.

Chief Financial Officer
Brittany Stahl, MBA, MSM, BS
With a strong foundation in compliance and policy development, Brittany plays a key role in aligning organizational practices with state and federal regulations. She routinely evaluates and updates internal policies to reduce risk, improve internal controls, and support long term sustainability. Her proactive approach strengthens the organization's infrastructure while supporting both employee satisfaction and legal integrity.
In addition to her financial leadership, Brittany contributes to cross-functional initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic marketing alignment. Her collaborative leadership and data-driven insights make her a critical member of the remaining mission-focused and client-centered.
Brittany Stahl has over 15 years of experience in healthcare and higher education finance. In this role, she leads the organization's finance strategy and operations, overseeing payroll, budgeting, and forecasting. Her focus on fiscal discipline and operational efficiency ensures the financial stability and scalability of Serenity Path Integrative Health Corp.
Stahl earned her MBA in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, completed her Master of Science in Management at Argosy University, and received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University.
